If you received an item that is broken, please contact us and we will ship a replacement for the item. If we are out of stock on the item, we will issue you a Store Credit or a Refund for the item. If you are missing an item, check your invoice and see if the item is marked Out of Stock/Refund or Back Order. If the item is Out of Stock and we are issuing you a refund, the refund will be issued back to the credit card used for the order. If the item is marked Back Order, we will ship the item to you as soon as it is back in stock. If you prefer not to wait, we can issue you a refund. If you receive an item that does not fit and you want to return it for an exchange, please ship back to us at:

Please return the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your order witht the item. Please indicate on the order what size you would like to exchange the item for. If you want to make sure we have your size in stock, please contact us via email first.
All Claims or Returns on merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
